At Nursing Medics, we stand behind our products and services. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a satisfaction guarantee with specific terms and conditions.
This Refund Policy governs refunds for purchases made on our platform and outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
Refund Eligibility
Trial Period Refunds
For users who signed up during a free trial period and subsequently converted to a paid subscription, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of the first charge. To be eligible for a refund:
- You must request the refund within 7 days of your first paid charge
- You must not have accessed more than 25% of the course materials
- You must not have taken more than 3 practice exams
- You must not have downloaded more than 10 study guides
Standard Subscription Refunds
For standard subscriptions outside the trial period, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Generally, refunds may be issued if:
- Less than 30% of the content has been accessed
- The request is made within 30 days of purchase
- There are technical issues that prevent access to the service
- There was an error in billing or duplicate charges
Non-Eligible Circumstances
Refunds are generally not available in the following circumstances:
- After 30 days from the date of purchase (except for trial period refunds)
- If more than 50% of the course content has been accessed
- If you have taken more than 10 practice exams
- If you have downloaded more than 25 study guides or resources
- If you have shared your account with others
- If you have violated our terms of service
- For promotional or discounted items unless otherwise specified
- For individual courses or resources purchased separately
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for requesting a refund
- Details about your usage of the platform
You can submit your refund request through our Support Center, by emailing support@nursingmedics.com, or by using the contact form on our Contact Page.
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the decision. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
For credit card payments, refunds will be credited back to the original card used for purchase. For PayPal or other payment methods, refunds will be returned to the original payment source.
Subscription Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your subscription without requesting a refund, you can do so at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which your subscription will not renew.
To cancel your subscription, go to your account settings and select "Manage Subscription," or contact our support team for assistance.
Special Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Major technical issues that prevent platform access
- Service interruptions lasting more than 48 hours
- Billing errors or unauthorized charges
- Death or serious illness preventing study
We may consider refunds outside of our standard policy. Please contact our support team to discuss your specific situation.
